Mr. Saulsbury joined the firm in 2011 as an associate in our Corporate Section. His primary practice areas are corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and securities law.

He received his B.A. from Washington and Lee University in 2004 and his J.D., magna cum laude, from Louisiana State University in 2011. While at LSU, Chip served as Executive Senior Editor of the Louisiana Law Review and was a member of the Order of the Coif.
