Mr. Burge joined the firm in 2007 as an associate in our Litigation Section. His primary areas of practice include media, class actions, contracts, products liability and tort, securities, arbitration, insurance, and non-competition.
Jason graduated magna cum laude from Ohio State University in 2000 with a B.A. degree in Political Science. He then attended Loyola University New Orleans, receiving a Bachelor of Music summa cum laude in 2003. Thereafter, Jason received his J.D., magna cum laude, from the New York University School of Law. At NYU, he was Note Editor of the NYU Annual Survey of American Law, and the author of "Rethinking Fees and Taxes In Light of the New York City Health Care Security Act," NYU Ann. Surv. Am. Law., Vol. 61:4. He was a Florence Allen scholar and a member of the Order of the Coif. Following graduation, Jason was law clerk to the Honorable Jerry E. Smith of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
